In a brand new designed store, come discover all the products made by our cheese makers : Beaufort of course and also salted and unsalted butter, tarentine and Beaufort cream.
The store is not the only one welcoming you in a modern atmosphere, come see the free 300 square meters and two stories museum. Through a recreational visit, you will learn everything you need to know about the production of the Beaufort AOP cheese. Video accounts of cheese makers and farmers, a replica of a cow you can milk and tablet computers will reveal you all the secrets about this unique and iconic Tarentaise Valley’s cheese.
