Who we are

The Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise Tourist Office welcomes you all year round to the Place de la Chapelle in the Bataillette district, to answer all your questions.

Sainte Foy Tourisme’s mission is to

  • Welcome, inform and advise visitors in optimal conditions to ensure their total satisfaction.
  • Market, promote and communicate using the most appropriate media to raise the profile of the destination, increase awareness, attract visitors and trigger future stays.
  • Develop the tourism offering and create products tailored to the needs of our customers.
  • Build customerloyalty andloyalty through social networks, newsletters, activities, events and public events, offering experiences that make customers want to come back.
  • Observe and analyze customer traffic and behavior to better identify customers and define sales and media action plans.
  • Unite and expand the various tourism networks and partnerships to raise the destination’s profile.
  • Guarantee the destination’simage in line with its strategic positioning.

To achieve these goals, Sainte Foy Tourisme has a number of departments: reception, marketing, communication, promotion, events and activities, administration and accounting, with a team of 7 people year-round, and 9 in season.

The Tourist Office is open every day in summer and winter, and from Monday to Friday between seasons, and offers the following services:

  • A store featuring products with the resort’s logo.
  • A collection point for lost and found items.
  • Printing and scanning facilities.
  • A 4G/Pocket Wifi rental service available at reception.

Tourism Quality Our commitments

The Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise Tourist Office has held the Qualité Tourisme label since 2022 and is preparing to renew its label as a Destination d’Excellence for 2025. The Destination d’Excellence™ label aims to federate all the rigorous quality approaches identified in the tourism sector around a national quality mark.

To obtain the Destination d’Excellence™ label, a candidate Tourist Office adheres to the values of the label and undertakes in particular to:

▲ Be a player in the sustainable development of the territory, and in the preservation of its environment ;

▲ Adopt an eco-responsible approach on a daily basis;

▲ Offer personalized services;

▲ Showcase a destination;

▲ Take visitors’ opinions into account;

Quality plays a central role in tourism strategy, which defines short-, medium- and long-term objectives. To achieve these objectives, “Quality” tools such as satisfaction questionnaires and procedures, as well as action plans, are implemented. Customer feedback, combined with indicators, enables the Tourist Office to carry out analyses and guide the future of Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise as a destination.
