2 days is the time you will need to fully appreciate the flavors of the mountains, following your guide-lecturer and your companion on the paths of Tarentaise. Paths that will take you from the village to the refuge, along well-established traditions, authentic landscapes in real moments of sharing. With, crossing your path, a past that returns to explain the present and cascading emotions, bringing you back to the essentials.

Day 1 – From the village of Naves to the Refuge du Nant du Beurre.
Altitude difference: +760 m / effective walking time: approx. 3h.

You have faced the bends in the road to rise well beyond the bottom of the Isère valley... At the entrance to the hamlet of Fontaine, the church awaits you... as well as your guide who will make you see all the colors! Here, Baroque art invites you to awaken your senses, like an introduction to tasting all the flavors of the mountains...
The rest awaits you in Grand-Naves with, on leaving the last groves, the crossing of the alpine lawns, like so many stages towards the escape which will transport you to more than 2000 meters of altitude to the Nant de Beurre refuge, then, at nightfall, up to the stars, which will be there to make you dream aloud….

Day 2 - From the refuge to the mountain pasture, via the summit of Quermoz
Morning: Elevation: D + = 320m & D - = 650m / walking time: approx. 3h.
Afternoon: Elevation: D - = 430m / walking time: 2h

Today, a mountain that has lost none of its original instincts awaits you. With, at the turn, herds of tarines or goats and a well-kept cheese tradition. But also griffon vultures or, perhaps, the trail of the wolf, reminding you that here nature reigns supreme. A nature that will (welcome) you to the summit of Quermoz, with a 360° view of the Tarentaise valley, the Mont-Blanc, Vanoise, Beaufortain, Ecrins mountains, etc.
So many emotions, it digs! So hurry up: begin the descent through the meadows and alder groves, because Marine and Benjamin are waiting for you in the heart of their alpine pasture to let you taste the full range of flavors of their farm products!
